Fares quoted are live and unticketed until payment is confirmed. Airline availability changes constantly, so a quote is held only for the period our expert states when they give it to you.

Change and cancellation rules are set by the airline and the fare class you buy. We will always tell you the applicable rules and any service fee before you confirm. Once a ticket is issued, refunds follow the airline's policy and their processing timelines.

You are responsible for making sure the traveller names you give us match the passport exactly, and for holding the visas, transit permits and health documents your itinerary requires. We cannot be held liable for a denied boarding caused by incorrect or missing documentation.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
